What is Telomon?
Telomon is a creature-collecting RPG organized around catching, training and battling a roster of collectable monsters. It releases as a mobile title on iOS and Android and merges adventure-game progression with a casual, short-session design, placing it closer to a portable collector than a long-form console RPG. The project is a Web3 game: creature ownership is stored on-chain as NFTs, and it operates a play-to-earn system where participation yields both crypto and NFT rewards. Telomon is currently in alpha, so the roster, balance and economic system should be treated as provisional rather than finalized.
How to play Telomon
The main loop follows the standard monster-taming pattern: find and capture creatures, grow your collection, level them, and deploy them in battles. Telomon's portal also details a hunt system alongside a card-packs section where players open and inspect card packs and upgrade pulled items, so building your collection happens through both wild capture and pack draws. Because the game targets phones, each session is designed as short, and progress is tracked through collection size and creature upgrades rather than long continuous play.
Is Telomon worth playing?
Telomon is built for players who want a monster-taming collector on mobile and accept NFT-based ownership. Its appeal hinges on how much you enjoy collecting and upgrading creatures over narrative or competitive breadth. The alpha status is the primary limitation: features are incomplete, and earn mechanics in an unfinished economy can shift without prior notice. Before spending money, confirm the current game status, the chain used for settlement, and marketplace rules directly on the official Telomon page and its own communications, since details have changed during development.
