About Cornucopias
Cornucopias is a blockchain-based open-world MMO and metaverse developed in Unreal Engine 5 by a studio that started the project in 2021. The world features humanity inhabiting floating, domed islands suspended above a deserted Earth, each with distinct settings and populations. It's not a simulation game: content includes exploration, vehicle racing, item synthesis, quests and community interaction distributed across broad zone maps. In October 2025 the studio rebranded to Infinity Rising, with Cornucopias functioning as a faction inside that expanded world.

How to play Cornucopias
The game launches on PC via the studio's proprietary Windows application launcher, which operates alongside the Unreal Engine executable to manage wallet connection and server links; a Steam release is also listed with an alpha stage planned for 2026. Implemented and playable zones have covered Calido Valley (a 9x9 km holiday destination with pavilion, downtown and vehicle circuits) and the Solace and Esperanza regions at 8x8 km scale. Documented gameplay loops include racing competitions, Holocache item hunts, the Rumbleball competition, mineral extraction, dangerous regions and walkable settlements. Version O.4.0 introduced home ownership, professional paths, advancement systems, item crafting and changing world situations.
Cornucopias economics & earning
COPI, the in-game token, exists on multiple networks including BNB Chain with bridges to Cardano, Ethereum and Base; the BNB address is 0xfea292e5ea4510881bdb840e3cec63abd43f936f. Following the rebranding, COPI transfers 1:1 into RISE, the successor currency, with changed total supply. Territory is sold as NFT plots in five categories that gather into neighborhoods, regions and areas. Plots provide accelerated synthesis, commodity creation and lending potential, and participate in a fixed periodic earnings arrangement: reward durations span 13 weeks, plot standings reset with each period, and a site's final level determines its claimable earnings. Housing is provided cost-free to non-land-owning players.

Cornucopias is an Unreal Engine 5 open-world MMO and metaverse positioned on domed islands floating above an abandoned Earth, operating on BNB Chain and structured around NFT territory. Despite the name it isn't a farming title: documented material shows racing circuits, resource mines, Holocache collection hunts, Rumbleball competition and walkable zones covering roughly 8x8 to 9x9 km, including Calido Valley, Solace and Esperanza.
What succeeds is the scope of the underlying system and the direction of development. The O.4.0 update introduced the foundations of a world—housing, professions, crafting, progression and dynamic occasions—rather than another financial sink, and free housing extends access to those unwilling to buy territory, keeping entry open.
What struggles is maturity. Under development since 2021, it still restricts play to the studio's own Windows launcher, with only Steam alpha access projected for 2026, and October 2025 brought rebranding to Infinity Rising with COPI converting 1:1 to RISE under modified tokenomics. Land earnings are seasonal with 13-week cycles and payout resets: compensation is a percentage of a set fund.
Appropriate for patient explorers and property investors accepting extended alpha testing—not for those wanting a finished product immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the starting process for Cornucopias?
Create your account on cornucopias.io, then download the Windows client through the official launcher. Current pre-alpha access requires either a pre-alpha pass or an NFT (land, dome, or vehicle) connected to your account.
Is a wallet or account setup required?
You'll set up a player account, and a wallet is necessary for holding and using in-game NFTs and tokens. The launcher includes an integrated wallet that can generate a new one, restore an existing wallet, or connect an external wallet to verify your NFT holdings.
What token does the game use?
The in-game token is $COPI, which has a capped supply of 3,840,000,000 and powers the economy through purchases, upgrades, and staking. The team has announced a shift to the RISE token as part of revised tokenomics.
What are the earning paths in Cornucopias?
Six earning mechanisms exist: play-and-earn, build-and-earn, learn-and-earn, stake-and-earn, NFT staking, and host-and-earn. Land owners receive daily rewards based on tenant count, and property rental to other players adds another income stream.
Is Cornucopias still developed, and should I try it?
Development continues actively—the project became Infinity Rising in March 2026 and is exiting pre-alpha toward Alpha, with frequent test builds like UE5.6 v0.3.2. It's designed for players seeking an open-world sandbox MMO with player-driven economics who accept working with an evolving, unfinished product.
