Animoca Brands, a huge Web3 gaming investment firm announced its plans to create and set up a fund called Animoca Capital.
According to Yat Siu, the Animoca Capital fund will make its first investment move in 2023. This fund is worth as much as $2B and will invest in many Metaverse projects.
In addition to that, the investments will be primarily put into digital property rights, he said in an interview with Nikkei Asia.
Animoca Brands is famous for investing in many big Web gaming titles. The Sandbox, Alien Worlds, Axie Infinity, and Decentraland are some of the most notable examples.
