Anomaly Launches AI-Driven Andromeda Testnet on Arbitrum Orbit

Canada-based web3 and AI gaming startup Anomaly has introduced its new AI-driven gaming platform, Andromeda, on the Arbitrum testnet. The platform aims to assist developers in engaging with their community and monetizing their projects more effectively.

Anomaly’s gaming and SocialFi L3 blockchain utilizes social platforms like Telegram, Discord, Farcaster, and X to help developers concentrate on creating blockchain-based gaming experiences while the platform brings the community onboard to their games. Currently, two games, Dicestone and Wildstone, are utilizing the app chain, with more titles set to be added regularly.

The platform also incorporates AI to enhance user engagement by integrating its Sentience SDK. This feature allows for AI-driven matchmaking, decision-making, player model training, automated quest creation, and web3 asset generation.

By leveraging Arbitrum’s Anytrust DAC technology, Anomaly can ensure secure and scalable execution, enabling 250ms block time and near-instant transactions per second. Additionally, the platform is utilizing Node NFT infrastructure through software developer Gelato’s Node-as-a-Service solution and will reward its Node NFT holders daily to incentivize more users.

Founder of Anomaly, Long Do, expressed his excitement about the launch, stating, “With Anomaly, we’re not just launching another gaming platform; we’re pioneering a new paradigm in web3 gaming that will fundamentally alter the blockchain gaming industry. Anomaly’s Layer-3 will function as a decentralized game layer with a native AI tech stack, promoting interoperability and platform experience.”
