Crit-Theory Gaming (CTG) is launching its first-ever community NFT, the Crit-Theory Genesis Token! If you’re a CTG member with a Scholar role or higher, you can get your hands on one of these for free! Yup, that’s right, they’re not selling these tokens, only giving them away to dedicated CTG members.
There are three levels of rarity for these tokens, based on the roles within the Guild. The design features the winning artwork from the 2022 community art contest! The Genesis Token is CTG’s way of saying thanks to their loyal and hardworking members who have stuck around even during tough times.
Users shall enjoy some sweet perks like priority access to early game testing, partner whitelist opportunities, early scholarships, and more. Plus, you’ll score higher rarity airdrops in future CTG Immortal Series NFTs (stay tuned for that!).
CTG is also thinking about potential future utilities for the Genesis Token, like exclusive giveaways, discounts on merch, and even more NFT drops.
The rarity of your NFT will determine how many CTG tokens you get airdropped and your priority level for opportunities within the CTG ecosystem. The three rarities are:
- Member/Scholar (Rare)
- Content/eSports/Mod (Epic)
- Core Team (Legendary).
How to qualify for the Genesis Token
You gotta be a Guild member with a Scholar role or higher. To become a Scholar, fill out the registration form in the CTG Discord and stay active in your game’s chat. Want to join as an eSports member or content creator? Hit up BiffChain | CTG on Discord. Application link.
To nab the Legendary Core Team NFT, you need to play a major role in Guild operations, like being a community growth lead, game operational lead, eSports lead, or another crucial role. Once you’re part of the CTG family, just fill out the form linked at the end of this article. Heads up: anyone caught cheating to get multiple NFTs will be disqualified and might get kicked out of the Guild.
CTG is giving everyone plenty of time to join and level up their roles, with a two-month application window from May 1st to July 1st. After that, they’ll review all the applicants’ roles for two weeks, and if you’re inactive or leave the Guild, you won’t get the NFT airdrop.
