Following many games and projects, Devolution GameFi game has integrated Chainlink‘s Keepers in order to power NFT marketplace auctions.
The Devolution GameFi project and metaverse is on the BNB Chain mainnet, and with that partnership, they now have access to secure smart contract automation services to support the auction functionality of their NFT Marketplace.
How Will Keepers Help The Metaverse?
By integrating the industry-leading decentralized oracle network of Chainlink Keepers, they can automate smart contracts with Chainlink’s hyper-reliable network of keepers.
The NFT Marketplace auctions must be decentralized, meaning being trustless, secure, and automated, sending the NFT directly to the winner’s wallet.
Functions required for the Marketplace:
- Decentralized Execution — Chainlink Keepers provide reliable, trust-minimized automation with no single point of failure, mitigating risks around manual processes and centralized servers.
- Increased Efficiency — Projects that use Chainlink Keepers can reduce time spent on DevOps, minimize operational overhead, and streamline development workflows.
- Enhanced Security — Chainlink Keepers sign on-chain transactions themselves, enabling automated smart contract execution without exposing private keys.
- Reduced Costs — Chainlink Keepers perform efficient off-chain computation for smart contracts, allowing developers to build feature-rich dApps at lower costs.
In the future, Devolution developers also plan to integrate Chainlink’s VRF, which will help with their upcoming mystery boxes.
