A newly surfaced leak has pinned a release date on EA Sports FC 27, and the details clearly favor players willing to spend more up front.
A new report from Dealabs claims the title will arrive Sept. 25, 2026. That same leak fills in the rest of the picture too: early access, pricing, and exactly which editions will be on offer.
Now for the part that counts if patience isn’t your thing. Those who own the Ultimate Edition, along with EA Play subscribers, could jump in as soon as Sept. 17 — potentially a full eight days ahead of everyone else.
Don’t circle that early date in pen yet
That Sept. 17 window hasn’t been locked in. There’s also a genuine possibility the head start shrinks to seven days, which is precisely what unfolded with EA Sports FC 26. Keep your enthusiasm in check for now.
Anyone who’s lived through an EA launch already knows the pattern. The premium buyers pile in first and share everything, while the rest of the crowd looks on and counts down the days.
The price isn’t moving
Here’s some welcome — or at least neutral — news for your budget: pricing is expected to stay put.
In Europe, the PC and Nintendo Switch 2 editions are set at €69.99, while the PlayStation and Xbox versions come in at €79.99. The console tax, it seems, hasn’t gone anywhere.
The leak also indicates the game will land on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, so owners of the older machines won’t be sidelined this time around.
And for those who still enjoy having a physical copy on the shelf, disc editions are on the way for PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Remember, though, this date is a leak rather than a guarantee — but it’s the most precise one available so far.
