About Evermoon

Evermoon is a 5v5, three-lane team battle arena modeled on traditional MOBAs, made by Thai developer View Passion Co., Ltd. and extended with Web3 asset ownership. Matches play out in the Battlefield of Destinies, where two teams of five select from a lineup of heroes with unique abilities and push lanes to destroy the enemy base. The design target is competitive gaming: the studio built around swift, skill-determined matches and a free-to-play-to-earn model, with blockchain layers such as heroes and cosmetics placed on top of regular MOBA progression. The on-chain layer runs on Immutable X, a zero-knowledge rollup that allows hero minting and transfers without gas costs for players.

How to play Evermoon

Evermoon is free to start and does not need an NFT purchase to play. Distribution is mobile through the App Store and Google Play and through Telegram and LINE, so most players can download without desktop setup. New players connect a wallet, or an Immutable Passport account, to tie ownership to their profile. The main loop is standard MOBA format: select a hero, farm lanes and jungle, capture objectives, and win through team battles. Beyond matches, the Moon Mission system distributes Moon Power for completing social and community activities, which unlocks in-game rewards and serves as the typical first taste of the reward system for new players.

Evermoon tokenomics & earning

The economy has two tokens. EVM serves as the utility token and exchange medium for in-game assets and services; ES acts as the governance token for voting on ecosystem direction. Heroes, cosmetics and cards are stored as NFTs on Immutable, so they can be traded on external marketplaces outside the game rather than being stuck to an account. Earning comes from competitive play, tournaments and quest campaigns rather than a guaranteed daily payout, which is typical for PvP games where rewards come from other players. Token utilities and reward rates have shifted during the project's testing phases, so review Evermoon's own whitepaper for current terms before treating play as income.

Evermoon is a 5v5, three-lane MOBA using blockchain ownership rather than an entirely new combat system. The main loop is recognizable — laning phases, team fights, objective control — but heroes and in-game items are held as NFTs on Immutable X, so account-bound progression becomes tradable property. The project also aims at competitive play and esports, which is a high bar for team-based games.

What fits conceptually is how well blockchain pairs with the genre. MOBAs already run deep hero rosters and cosmetic shops, so ownable heroes are a natural fit rather than tacked-on tokenomics, and Immutable X eliminates the gas friction that makes on-chain item trades painful elsewhere.

The harder challenges are the ones the marketing does not address. A MOBA thrives on matchmaking depth, regular balance patches and enough players to fill lobbies at every rank, and tradable heroes raise an immediate pay-to-win risk that only careful balancing addresses. Ownership does not build a healthy player base.

Aimed at competitive MOBA players interested in asset ownership, and at traders viewing hero rosters as markets. Anyone wanting a casual or single-player experience should look elsewhere.
