genso marketplace returns with usdt and jpyc trading a new lr auction and an sr gacha In Brief:

In Brief:

  • GensoKishi Online‘s GENSO Marketplace (official site) came back online at 17:00 on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, according to the official @genso_meta account.
  • Buying, selling and buy orders for NFTs now settle in USDT or JPYC. The legacy MV token won’t be used for transactions on the new marketplace.
  • The relaunch adds new LR gear through an upcoming auction and a new SR gacha. It also sets minimum listing prices by category and charges an import fee on NFTs acquired outside the official marketplace.

GENSO’s marketplace has reopened, and MV no longer has a part in its trading.

In a post on X, the GENSO Meta account (@genso_meta) wrote: “The GENSO Marketplace is back! Bid on new LR gear, try the new SR gacha, and trade NFTs with USDT or JPYC.” The post linked to an official notice on genso.game, dated Nov. 6, 2026, that set the reopening for 17:00 that day.

The notice stated that “the legacy MV token will not be used for transactions on the new marketplace.”

USDT and JPYC take over from MV

The notice says the new marketplace supports “USDT and JPYC for NFT purchases, sales, and buy orders.” The in-game currencies M and R can be bought with either stablecoin or by credit card.

JPYC is a stablecoin pegged to the yen.

Gear on offer

Two sources of new equipment appear in the notice: “new LR equipment offered through an upcoming auction” and “new SR equipment available through gacha.” The notice leaves out auction dates, gacha prices and item lists. Those are on separate auction and treasure box pages linked from the announcement.

Minimum prices for listings

Each category now has a minimum listing price, which the operator introduced to “discourage excessive price undercutting,” the notice said. Listing fees apply as well, and their minimums are also set per category.

Listings that meet certain conditions will be hidden, including those priced far away from the market, so that “prospective buyers find listings more likely to lead to successful trades.” The notice doesn’t say where those thresholds sit.

Fees on imported NFTs

As a rule, NFTs purchased on the official marketplace carry no import fee. For NFTs obtained elsewhere, fees are “set according to criteria determined by the operator,” per the notice, which doesn’t give the amounts.

Changes to the interface

Players can now display and search item names in Japanese. Buy orders can also handle V1 and V2 equipment as separate options, a change the operator says makes those orders easier to set up.

3D previews of equipment and a longer trading history are also part of the update.

Background

The MMORPG has had a disrupted 2026 leading up to this reopening. On the official site is a notice titled “Notice Regarding the Termination of GENSO Online Game Service,” followed later by one titled “Notice Regarding Future Service Operation Policy and Temporary Suspension.” The second notice paused the existing service from April 30 while a new service was prepared. That plan kept listing records as of April 30 and had the marketplace returning alongside the new service.

A 2026 copyright notice for Hanabitei Inc. now appears on the genso.game site. One current service page asks players to unstake USDT “via the link above (the former operator’s site)” and says MV Wallet login is being discontinued, asking players to “link another login method.”

For MV holders, the reopening notice had one more line: “the legacy MV token will not be used for transactions on the new marketplace.”
