Golf wind now matches what the game shows
The clearest fix is in golf. The patch post says wind now blows as hard as the game says it does, and it stays the same for the whole swing.
That fix matters because the mode depends on shot control. The studio has described how KOMPETE Golf plays: you pull back to load power, keep the path straight to stay accurate, and set your tempo through the rhythm between backswing and downswing. Sand and deep rough cut your power, and a Recovery attribute gives some of it back.
The course is Sunrise Greens at Solaris Country Club, located on Mahzookoo North. It has nine holes, a par of 35, a length of 2,996 yards and 12 sand bunkers.
The Driving Range is already live. It’s a persistent lobby where up to 12 players share eight hitting bays, and it has an all-time longest-drive leaderboard plus full career stats. The studio said Singles, a nine-hole stroke-play mode, will come next, with 2v2 Scramble after it.
Apparel and Coin Pusher
The update also adds more apparel that female characters can wear, though the post didn’t name any items.
Coin Pusher got a round of polish, and reward reveals were the first item listed. The studio’s post was cut off after that point, so the rest of the Coin Pusher changes weren’t visible.
Coin Pusher launched in April 2026 as a mode players can open from the main menu. KOMPETE records player stats for it on the backend, and the top collectors of coins and teddy bears are set to receive rewards.
Mahzookoo North’s second run
Players already know Mahzookoo North. A new version of the island first appeared in Patch v0.47, the same patch that revamped Hoopers Park.
Its return as a Blitz Royale map follows a stretch of updates to the battle royale mode. Patch v0.89 added continued Blitz Royale movement improvements, a new Blitz Royale cinematic intro, a new broadcast stinger, new golf commentary, a new golf events system, new victory and defeat screens, and a new menu lobby.
The studio also scheduled a Nebula Voltage Series in Blitz Royale Solos for Sept. 19 at 4 p.m. ET. The prizes were the Nebula Voltage Goblin Assault Rifle, Voolah and $KOMPETE.
Background
According to KOMPETE’s official site, the Bulldog, Lynx and Coyote are live in the Blitz Royale loot pool. The site also says the game is opening up to PlayStation 5 players.
Besides golf, Coin Pusher and Blitz Royale, the site lists other modes, including simulation basketball and a crime simulator.
For golfers, one line in the patch post sums it up: wind “is as strong as it says and no longer changes mid-swing.”
