NEXPACE, a subsidiary of Nexon that specializes in web3 technologies, has announced the opening of registrations for the Pioneer Test of MapleStory N. The registration started yesterday, July 1, 2024, and gamers have until July 7 to sign up for an early opportunity to play the blockchain-enhanced MMORPG. This test phase, running from July 24 through August 2, aims to fine-tune the game’s infrastructure and ensure stability before its wider release.
How to Become a Tester
To participate, potential testers need to complete a survey available on MapleStory N’s official website. The selection process will consider the survey responses, and selected participants will be notified on July 18. This selection strategy aims to gather a diverse group of players to help refine various game elements, including its innovative blockchain features.

During the 10-day testing phase, participants will have access to exclusive content such as the Zakum Boss battles, available in both Easy (Entry Lv.50+) and Normal (Entry Lv.90+) modes. Moreover, testers will experience first-hand the game’s unique blockchain components, like a limited supply reward system and user-driven pricing mechanisms, which are set to introduce a new layer of interaction and economy in the game.
