Comprehensive Competition Schedule
Axie Infinity has officially launched Origins S18, inviting players to vie for a substantial prize pool of 80,000 bAXS. The season is structured into distinct eras, starting with the Rare Era on July 8, followed by the Epic Era commencing on July 22, the Mystic Era beginning on August 5, and concluding with the Final Era on August 19. The season will wrap up on September 2. Through the Elite 4 format, the competition upholds the integrity of the rankings, strictly monitoring and countering any leaderboard tampering.
Innovative Reward System
In a significant change, all rewards this season will be awarded in bAXS, a utility token pegged on a 1:1 basis with AXS, but with the distinct feature of being non-transferable to ensure its use within the game’s ecosystem. This strategic move aims to foster deeper, long-term participation among players. Those with a higher Axie Score will enjoy decreased Treasury fees in converting bAXS to AXS, particularly benefiting the top 2000 players. During the Rare Era alone, 20,000 bAXS will be distributed, with additional rewards set for achieving other milestones throughout the season.

All era rewards will be held pending until strict validations are completed, ensuring that the leaderboard truly reflects the players’ skills and efforts. Strict rules are in place to maintain fairness; practices such as multi-accounting will lead to permanent exclusions from the game.
