The son of Kratos is finally joining the collectible ranks, arriving as a 1/3 scale statue modeled on his God of War Ragnarök appearance.
The reveal comes from Prime 1 Studio, and the design draws on the older, broodier take on the character that players spent Ragnarök alongside — not the wide-eyed kid from 2018, but the teenager with opinions.
What we know, and what we don’t
So far there’s been no word on pre-order dates. All the listing offers is a “coming soon” tag, which leaves the actual purchase window anyone’s guess.

Why the timing tracks
God of War Ragnarök is now approaching its fourth anniversary, and the gap before the next entry is a long one. God of War Laufey releases in February 2027.
A solo Atreus game has been high on plenty of wish lists. It still looks like a strong bet — just a distant one. Wrapping up his hunt for the remaining Frost Giants could take years to arrive.
The God of War TV series won’t bridge that gap either, with delays anticipated after Ryan Hurst exited the project because of an injury.
Prime 1 has done this before
Few studios match Prime 1 when it comes to lifelike video game character statues. Joel from The Last of Us and Higgs from Death Stranding 2 are both listed on their site, and the craftsmanship on those scaled pieces really is something.
This isn’t their first trip to Midgard, either. Kratos, Thor and Baldur have each received the Prime 1 treatment.
The boy endures
Atreus, Loki, or simply “boy” — whichever name you use, his journey ranks among the best elements of the modern God of War games. Kratos’ little protégé earned this.
God of War 6 may still be a distant prospect. Yet aside from another playthrough of games you've already finished a hundred times, having the god of mischief sitting on your shelf might be enough to appease the Gods until then.
