Rumble Kong League recently announced its migration to Ronin and has now decided to extend its soft launch to attract more users to the mobile sports game.
The extension will be open until 26th January and will also include a doubling of rewards in the game’s Sigma League.
By participating and climbing the leaderboards, users can win FAME rewards, which can be redeemed for onchain FAME tokens once they are live later in Q1 2025.
Players on Ronin can join the Ronin Squad, with the top 9 squads receiving a larger share of FAME rewards. Rumble Kong League, backed by NBA star Steph Curry, is a mobile 3v3 basketball game where players create teams of 3 and strategize based on abilities, playstyles, and skills.
Offensive moves include pass, shoot, and dunk, while defensive options allow players to steal, block, and tackle. Matches consist of two halves and last for a total of 35 minutes.
In the future, multiplayer mode will introduce the ability to play against friends’ teams, mini-games, and additional features. Apart from the game, the Rumble Kongs ecosystem, established in 2021, also includes three NFT collections featuring Kong players, Rookies, and Sneakers.
