Although the amount of money and Solana stolen is unclear, more than 8k wallets were exploited, and $8M was pocketed from four wallet addresses.
Earlier today, an exploit incident took place as many users claimed that their wallet funds had been removed without their involvement. It is also important to note that $SOL dropped by almost 7% since the exploit.
These alleged victims lost thousands and most of their money, so they are pretty unhappy. Many said, “Move coins to a ledger and disconnect every trusted website.”
Lark Davis, a crypto investor and a Twitter personality, advised Solana users to send their funds to a hardware wallet or exchange account until they find out what is going on!
