CyberKongz, in collaboration with Axie Infinity, has recently announced the launch of the “Genkai x Axie Art Contest.” This unique competition, running from July 28th to August 11th, allows artists to showcase their talent and stand a chance to win one of three exclusive Genkai NFTs.
CyberKongz and Axie Infinity unite their communities by hosting an innovative art contest themed “Genkai meets Axie.” The competition is open to all, accepting multiple entries from individual artists. However, each participant is limited to a single prize to maintain a fair chance for all entrants.
Following the successful public minting of their Genkai collection on the Ronin blockchain on July 27th, CyberKongz extended their celebration by launching the art contest. Over 3,000 CyberKongz Genkai were minted, marking a significant first in the NFT minting history on Ronin, outside of Axie Infinity. The art competition is set to strengthen the bond between the two communities.
Details about Participation and Judging
Artists willing to participate must create artwork that encapsulates the theme “Genkai meets Axie.” Entries can be made using various mediums, from traditional paint to modern 3D digital art and even unique mediums like TikTok NPC dancing. Participants are required to submit their artwork on Twitter using the hashtag #GenkaiAxieArt and tagging the CyberKongz and Axie Infinity accounts. After the submission deadline on August 11th, a week-long judging period will commence. The artworks will be judged on their creativity, originality, quality, and relevance to the theme. Winners are scheduled to be announced on August 21st.
