Upland announces Sizzle Season 2026
Sizzle Season 2026 runs for six weeks in Upland, kicking off August 1 and wrapping up on September 15. The Sizzle Season Pass costs $6.99 and is burned when activated — that burn is what makes an account eligible for the weekly cosmetic drops, a season badge, and a Wildcard Token.
The Sizzle Season Pass is one of four collectible passes tied to this season. Burning it stamps a Sizzle season badge onto the player’s profile and lifts their Sizzle Season Collector Score. There is no level track inside the pass this time around, breaking from earlier seasons; progression instead comes from the weekly drops and activities.
The Wildcard Token bundled with every pass is one of the season’s defining features. It covers exactly one missed weekly Gamified Earnings mission, which keeps a player in the running for the Completionist Block Explorer reward.
Key dates and eligibility
Sales open at 9:00 AM PT on August 1 and stay open through September 15. Eligibility is measured by weekly snapshots taken every Tuesday at 7:00 AM PT, and a player has to burn their pass ahead of the snapshot to collect that week’s cosmetic. Six weekly cosmetic drops are planned in total, and the Fusion Pass snapshot lands on September 8 at 9:00 AM PT.
Anyone chasing the Sizzle Fusion Pass needs all four character collectibles in hand at the snapshot, and must keep that set together for a minimum of 24 hours so eligibility can be verified. Characters picked up after the September 8 cutoff will not count.
Rules for Sizzle Season 2026
The price stays locked at $6.99, and a single burn carries a player through the whole season. Skipping a Tuesday snapshot costs only that week’s drop, and anything already delivered to the account is safe. For the top collector reward, all four character collectibles have to be linked to the account at the moment of the Fusion snapshot.
The Wildcard is limited to missed weekly missions, fires automatically after a single miss, and works only once per season. Residents and Influence missions fall outside its coverage. Full Gamified Earnings requirements and rewards for the season are due in a separate announcement.
