In Brief:
- With 250 million $AFKHERO deposited, AFK Heroes says its staking vault is now at capacity — a quarter of the total supply.
- According to the project, one out of every four tokens now sits in the vault.
- The vault filled three weeks into Season 3, a season that reset every hero to level 1 and tripled the Season 2 reward pool.
AFK Heroes has announced that its staking vault is full, holding 250 million $AFKHERO.
That figure represents 25% of the token’s total supply. “One in every four tokens is now locked in the vault,” the team wrote in a post on X.

The team called it “a massive milestone for our community.”
Left out of the announcement were any lock term, reward rate or opening date for the vault. Total supply of AFKHERO is capped at 1 billion, and circulating supply sits at roughly 944.84 million.
Season 3 reset the board
Filling of the vault happened during Season 3, which went live Aug. 28. Heroes were all knocked back to level 1, the leaderboard was cleared, and the map returned to its untouched state.
According to the developers, the purpose of the wipe was to level the playing field between veterans and newcomers. The Season 3 reward pool is three times larger than Season 2’s.
Launched July 24, Season 2 introduced guilds, crafting, tournaments, PvP, server-wide zone bosses and Powerball. Joining a guild pays up to 25% extra AFKHERO, along with 100% more XP and 100% more gold.
Season 2’s first week drew more than 10,000 connected wallets and roughly 6,000 active players. Against 126 million paid out, deposits climbed to 378.9 million AFKHERO, and the reward pool opened at 113.6 million tokens.
Emissions and weighting
Daily emissions were also lifted from 5% to 20% in Season 2, which tacked another 50 million AFKHERO onto the reward pool. On top of that sat an Earning Boost worth as much as 80%, accumulated through deposits, holding, in-game spending and linking social accounts.
From Aug. 1 onward, hero Power Level has fed into the way the pool is divided. The share goes up for stronger heroes.
No weighting formula has been published by the team, nor has it said whether any reward ceiling applies.
Where the token sits
In early August, AFKHERO changed hands around $0.000065, putting its market cap near $61,850. That had slipped to roughly $0.000047 and about $45,000 by Aug. 16. The all-time high stands at $0.0005347.
The token came out of pump.fun and trades under contract address 9kwT8gUEMKQhnmc4mVb2iUAybfjzvVMM5LwffKFcpump. Liquidity sits at around $12,400.
A browser-based voxel idle RPG on Solana, AFK Heroes debuted in June. Heroes battle on their own around the clock, gathering XP, loot and gold even while players are offline, and zones progress from Frozen Spire at level 40 through Molten Foundry up to Singularity Vault at level 90 and above. Nothing needs downloading — connect a wallet and play.
Holder concentration has trended the opposite way from the vault lock. In early August, the top 10 wallets controlled 72.11% of supply. That figure had climbed to 85.91% by mid-month.
