In Brief:
- Instead of the Moku Fireside it had on the calendar, Moku ran a Moki Direct, dropping viewers into a 3D Moki world built around an interactive map of the studio’s production slate.
- The map held five entries: Nomgar Clash, Grand Arena Season 2, Super Battle Moki, Break and a secret project Moku left unnamed.
- It all comes 11 days after Moku put hard dates on that same slate, and a single day after the first of the games shipped.
The usual talking-heads community call didn’t happen. In its place Moku ran a Moki Direct, dropping attendees into a 3D Moki world and giving them an interactive map covering everything the studio currently has in production.
The recap came from Ronin. “Players jumped into a 3D Moki world and explored an interactive map revealing what Moku has been building next,” the network said.
What started as a normal Moku Fireside turned into a full Moki Direct

Turning up on the map were Nomgar Clash, Grand Arena Season 2, Super Battle Moki, Break and an unnamed secret project. Anyone who missed it can find the full presentation at mokidirect.moku.gg.
Nomgar is already out
Nomgar launched September 14. The game is a mobile RTS in which you deploy a deck of units down lanes with the goal of tearing down an opponent’s towers.
Getting those units means burning NFTs. Tribesters, Ragnarok: Monster World, Apeiron (official site), Fishing Frenzy and The Machines Arena all sit in the burn pool, pulling five separate Ronin collections into one Moku game.
Grand Arena stops asking you to play
October brings Season 2, and with it a new definition of what a card is. Cards turn into tokenized shares of Mokis, and the Mokis go and compete without their owners involved.
The mechanics were laid out by Moku on September 9. AI Mokis play Moki Ball, a 3v3 soccer game, while players sit on a portfolio of shares and take a cut of weekly reward pools that track how those Mokis do. Season 1, by contrast, ran as a fantasy manager with lineup contests and a $1 million prize pool.
Roughly four weeks is the planned length of the season, with payouts each week. Some fees are coming down, and Moku is pointing a slice of Grand Arena revenue at buying Schiffy. The studio hasn’t put a figure on it, and the amount rides on how well Grand Arena does.
The Schiffy game, and a dog with a shovel
Moku’s IP memecoin on Robinhood Chain is Schiffy, which sends 90% of fees back to holders in GLD. The character now gets a casual mobile game of his own, where the dog digs relics up from his backyard and sells them at the museum. There’s an alpha alongside it.
Autobattler in November, tops after that
November is when Super Battle Moki arrives. Players put together lineups of Tamakins and chase 10 wins before they lose four lives, with tournament play plus a “risk run” format that folds in wagering.
The game’s closed beta ran from late March into early April 2025, restricted to holders of the 8,888 Moki Genesis NFTs.
Closing out the slate is Break!!, pencilled in for late 2026 or early 2027. The idea is to build a battle top out of a ring, a core and a tip, with abilities attached to each part, so parts can be mixed for synergies.
Background
The company was founded in 2021 by Hantao and Bruce, under the name Quest. It operated as a guild before shifting into publishing and infrastructure, with work on Pixels, Apeiron, CyberKongz, Kaidro and Ragnarok: Monster World.
Late 2024 brought a $5.35 million raise for Moku, led by Sky Mavis, a16z Games and a16z Games Speedrun, with Arca, Framework Ventures and 32-Bit Ventures joining in.
The studio shipped bRON in April, a bonded RON pegged 1:1 to RON that remains inside the ecosystem instead of moving freely.
An action RPG for 2027 appeared on Moku’s September 4 schedule. The secret project on the map still has no name.
