Mythical Games has officially launched the Adidas Radiant Blaze Season in its mobile game FIFA Rivals, bringing exclusive digital gear and new gameplay features to players starting July 17.
The update includes iconic Adidas items, game improvements, and new Web3 functionality that allows players to earn and trade in-game assets as NFTs.
An Adidas-Themed Season
At the heart of the new season is a collaboration with Adidas that introduces a full lineup of exclusive digital rewards. Players can earn items like the Radiant Blaze Copa, Predator, and F50 boots, along with 14 Adidas retro kits and branded balls.
New player characters dressed in Adidas gear are also now available for recruitment, enhancing team customization options.
These rewards can be unlocked by completing in-game challenges and events. Players who join Adidas’ adiClub membership can collect points redeemable for extra digital items, adding another way to access unique gear during the season.
Gameplay Improvements and Community Updates
FIFA Rivals also received a major version 1.1.4 update alongside the season launch. A standout addition is the Seasonal Contract Freeze, which prevents Contract Points from decreasing when using seasonal players—addressing a common player complaint. The new Season Pass Extender lets users continue earning rewards even after completing the standard season pass.
The update also introduces Bot Mode, a feature that allows players to practice against AI opponents to improve their skills before competing in real-time matches. Additionally, players can now upgrade Mythical player cards to level 5 by collecting specific upgrade fragments, giving teams more strategic depth and long-term growth options.
