Aavegotchi has unveiled its latest creation – the Game Center. This platform is a comprehensive hub for all games rooted in the Gotchi universe. It offers gamers an array of live titles and presents a sneak peek into what’s brewing in the Aavegotchi gaming lab, with games in the pipeline set to launch on Gotchichain, the protocol’s forthcoming gaming blockchain.
Dual Benefits: Players and Developers
A significant highlight of the Game Center is its design, curated to cater to both gamers and developers. Located strategically next to the Baazaar and Auction House on the Aavegotchi Dapp, the Game Center emphasizes the importance of gaming in the Aavegotchi ecosystem. While it allows players to venture into new games, developers too get a spotlight to flaunt their creations.
Upon its debut, the Game Center boasts two live games and promises seven more soon. Titles from Pixelcraft Studios include:
- Gotchiverse 2D (Metaverse)
- Gotchiverse 3D (Metaverse)
- Gotchi Guardians (Tower Defense)
- A mysterious mobile game, intriguingly referred to as “Project Uno”.
Furthermore, game enthusiasts can also look forward to:
- Gotchi Heroes by Slow Sunday Games, an NFT-based idle game.
- Strategotchi by artist Bin Laggin, focusing on strategy.
- Gotchi Battler by Galaxy Brain Studios, emphasizing squad-based battles.
- Gotchi Crawler, a roguelike dungeon adventure.
- The Sandbox Aavegotchi Experience, a unique collaboration with The Sandbox Game.
Looking Ahead
The Game Center is just warming up! Future upgrades include cross-game player profiles, game bookmarking features, Gotchichain integration, and many more exciting enhancements. Developers aiming to integrate their games into the platform will soon have an open-source Dapp at their disposal. For now, they can touch base with Pixelcraft Studios’ team to get their games showcased.
