MADworld, an innovative blockchain ecosystem, announced earlier today (29/11) that it plans to release NFTs and Ukiyo-e Style Art inspired by the 1995 animated cyberpunk thriller called “Ghost in the Shell.”
The Ghost in the Shell x Ukiyo-e NFT collection will be a set of 500 digital drops reflecting iconic moments and motifs from the film and additionally include a limited-edition Ukiyo-e print.
Ghost in the Shell is a Japanese cyberpunk media franchise that inspired the Wachowskis to create the world-famous 1999 science fiction action film The Matrix.
Phillip Tran, who is the CMO of MADworld stated that we are entering a new era of fan engagement, talking about MADworld’s latest project. He detailed:

The Ghost in the Shell x Ukiyo-e NFT collection will be sold in sets. Each set will cost about $1149 USD. Upon purchase, users will first receive an NFT and briefly after the Ukiyo-e prints. It is worth mentioning that the NFT acquired will unlock exclusive access to the upcoming “Ghost in the Shell” game and metaverse.
