US-based blockchain developer Aptos Labs has recently introduced GameStack in collaboration with Google Cloud.
This new platform aims to address common challenges in game distribution within the web3 gaming industry. By combining Google Cloud’s data, analytics, and AI tools with Aptos’ web3 scaling technology, GameStack offers developers a comprehensive solution.
GameStack provides various tools, including Unity SDK and a complete developer platform, to assist game developers in seamlessly integrating web3 components such as wallets, payment systems, and NFT marketplaces.
This initiative marks a significant step in Aptos Labs’ ongoing partnership with Google Cloud, which also acts as a node validator for Aptos blockchain and supports protocols like Arbitrum, Solana, and Hedera.
Notable games currently under development on the Aptos platform include SuperVillain Idle RPG, Runestone Keeper, Aptos Arena, and Werewolf and Witch.
