Stockholm-based game studio Antler Interactive has been acquired by ChromaWay, creators of Chromia. Chromia is a relational blockchain platform for decentralized applications. The acquisition is a strategic investment which positions Chromia at the forefront of blockchain gaming.
Antler Interactive was founded in 2016 and has established itself as one of Europe’s leading game studios focused on emerging technologies, including XR and blockchain gaming. The studio has released three internationally recognized mobile games and two globally best-selling VR games, and its most recent game, Krystopia: A Puzzle Journey, was featured in both App Store and Play Store. With the 2019 spring release of Krystal Kart AR, the studio became one of the first studios in the world to combine AR and blockchain gaming, which caught the interest of ChromaWay.

With the acquisition, the sum of which is undisclosed, Antler Interactive remains a separate company that will work closely with ChromaWay to develop entertaining, beautiful and accessible blockchain games.
