Immortal Game founders announce the launch of a $2 million investment fund for their new eSport tournament platform, Coliseum.

Immortal Game, known for their blockchain chess project, has shifted their focus to Coliseum, an esport tournament platform that integrates blockchain features.

With the aim of attracting more projects, the founders have introduced a $2 million investment fund. This fund will provide up to $250,000 in investments for projects spanning from games to guilds, with the most promising ones being integrated into the Coliseum platform.

“Our $2 million fund is more than just capital-it’s a gateway to growth,” said Thomas Zaepffel, CEO and Co-Founder of Coliseum. “By combining financial support with access to our community and expertise, we’re empowering the next generation of Web3 gaming leaders to build, scale, and succeed.”

After raising approximately $16 million in 2022 for their blockchain chess platform, Immortal Game decided to drop blockchain features in late 2023. However, they repurposed their technology to develop Coliseum, which now supports popular games like Valorant, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and Immortal Games.
