Decentraland Launches Windows Client

The biggest update to Decentraland has come, with Decentraland metaverse now being accessible via the newly released beta Windows desktop client.

Players will now experience performance enhancement upgrades with cleaner graphics, faster processing speeds, and improved stability by adding the client’s option.

The client is only available for Windows in beta, with the developers welcome any feedback while more operating systems will come shortly.

What is Decentraland?

Decentraland is the first Metaverse project featuring NFT land ownership, wearables, names and avatars. Players can discover an immersive open-world created by the community with various gaming experiences built upon it.

There are Museums and exhibition centers to explore, casinos and mini-games to play. Future updates include VR support and other interesting features.

Decentraland uses the $MANA token for it’s in-game transactions and governance, while many community made projects have their own tokens.

The cheapest land plot in Decentraland goes for around 4ETH and this month, the Metaverse Virtual Fashion Week will take place with notable fashion brands setting up stores to sell virtual and real-life apparel.
