Fake $FLOWER Solana Airdrop Spreads From Yakkamon’s Stolen X Account

fake flower solana airdrop spreads from yakkamons stolen x account In Brief:

In Brief:

  • An @playyakkamon post claims $FLOWER is “now live on Solana” and urges players to claim an allocation. Yakkamon says the account is compromised and no longer in its hands.
  • $FLOWER is an ERC-20 deployed on Base and Ronin. No Solana version exists, and Yakkamon has never issued a token of its own.
  • @yakkamon_game is Yakkamon’s only official X account, and yakkamon.com is its only official website.

The $FLOWER Solana launch circulating on X is fiction. What’s actually being promoted is a wallet drainer wearing an airdrop costume, published from an account Yakkamon no longer controls.

It was posted by @playyakkamon, the studio’s old handle. The text: “$FLOWER is now live on Solana. Yakkamon’s next chapter is taking root on Solana. Yakkamon players and early community supporters may now be eligible to claim their $FLOWER allocation.” Underneath it, a check-eligibility button routes to a claim page on claim-sunflowerland.com, an imitation of the studio’s real sunflower-land.com domain.

Getting a wallet connected on that page is the entire objective.

The token isn’t on Solana

$FLOWER exists as an ERC-20. The same contract address carries it on both Base and Ronin, and the documentation for Sunflower Land (official site) instructs holders to deposit on Base only and to verify the address and network every time. There is no SPL version.

Nor does Yakkamon run a token of its own. Thought Farm, the studio responsible for Sunflower Land, built the creature collector on Ronin and recycles $FLOWER across its games instead of minting something new. Season 0 pays out in Monster NFTs, in-game items and early access slots.

Which means there’s no allocation, no snapshot and nothing to claim.

What Yakkamon has said

The switch to a new handle happened before the bogus post appeared. “We have created a new X account to prepare for the launch of Yakkamon in Q4 2026,” the studio wrote from @yakkamon_game, asking followers to help circulate the news.

That warning now sits at the top of Yakkamon’s website and documentation: the old X account was compromised and is beyond the team’s reach, @yakkamon_game is the sole trustworthy account, yakkamon.com is the sole official website and docs.yakkamon.com is the sole official documentation. Anything posted, linked or messaged from the old account should be ignored.

Points already accumulated are unaffected, according to the studio. Weekly points stay with a linked X account, and once X quests return to the site, trainers will need to reconnect and follow the new handle.

Timing

The bait arrived mid-way through Yakkamon’s pre-registration campaign, a moment when players are already scanning for reward mechanics.

Sign-ups reached 53,920 trainers by mid-August, slightly over half of the 100,000-trainer early access cap. Signing up costs nothing and requires only an email address. Ronin set aside 3,000 first-come, first-served codes for its own community, while Sunflower Land players unlock codes through Bumpkin Level, with a fresh tier released daily.

Oct. 1 brings a free mint of 10,000 monster NFTs on Ronin, whitelist only, capped at one per verified trainer, with five Legendary monsters seeded into the supply. The moment the final one is claimed, it ends.

Running separately, the Trainer Point airdrop hands out 5,000 Monster NFTs automatically at launch, decided entirely by leaderboard standing. The top 1,000 ranks receive Legendary monsters; ranks 1,001 through 5,000 receive Rare ones. No third-party wallet connection is involved in either track.

Where $FLOWER actually fits in

Deposits went live Aug. 10 and build an in-game balance that sits there until a trainer is granted access. In the first week, every $FLOWER counted for 3X leaderboard points, falling to 2.8X in week two. Once a trainer has access, deposits can be spent in-game or pulled out tax-free, with no lock-up and no penalty.

All of that deposit activity happens on Yakkamon’s own site, via Ronin or Base. Nowhere else does the token interact with the game.

Early access arrives in Q4 2026 in waves determined by Season 0 rank, and signing up sooner won’t move anyone up the queue. What it does affect is egg tier at first login.

The studio’s long-standing advice is unchanged: it will never request a seed phrase or a private key, and pre-registration asks for nothing beyond an email address.
