This playtest introduces players to a new zone called Rolling Hills, where they must gather resources, craft weapons, and hunt for survival. The main highlight of this event is the quest to find the elusive Golden Rabbit, which carries a valuable ruby and offers participants the chance to win exclusive NFTs.
Survive and Thrive in Rolling Hills
The latest playtest in Mirandus opens up the Rolling Hills, a zone filled with opportunities for exploration and survival. Unlike previous events, players will start with minimal equipment, making resource management and crafting essential for progression. Every participant, regardless of the type of Exemplar they hold, will play as a human character during this phase.
The Rolling Hills is designed to challenge players to adapt quickly to their surroundings. They will need to gather resources, craft essential tools, and hunt prey to survive. The gameplay emphasizes exploration and strategic planning as players navigate the new environment and confront various dangers. Success in this playtest requires both skill and ingenuity.
The Golden Rabbit Challenge
A major focus of this playtest is the hunt for the Golden Rabbit, a mysterious creature that holds a ruby. Capturing the Golden Rabbit is the primary objective for players, and those who succeed will be rewarded with a special NFT called “The Covenant of the Wild,” a limited-edition artwork created by the Mirandus team. Additionally, all participants in the playtest will receive a participation NFT titled “A Terrifying Sight.”
The challenge of capturing the Golden Rabbit is made even more intense by the creature’s ability to respawn with a new ruby if defeated. This adds an element of urgency and competition among players, as they race to claim the prized NFT.
