gods unchained rolls out reckoning set in nft packs alongside anubian themed battle pass season 19 In Brief:

In Brief:

  • Gods Unchained GODS $0.02191 ▼ -13.3% (official site) debuts its Reckoning card set on October 13, bringing 87 new cards and NFT packs.
  • A new Battle Pass Season with an Anubian theme arrives alongside alternate-art cards.
  • Booster pack prices run from $1.99 to $249.99, and the limited-time NFT sales last until November 10.

Gods Unchained launches Reckoning set

On October 13, Gods Unchained will release Reckoning, the first card set it has sold in NFT packs, which makes it a notable change for the game. There are four pack types to choose from: Booster, Premium, Shiny, and Mega Shiny. All of them arrive sealed, so players can open them or hold on to them for future trading.

The set has 87 packable cards spread across all six domains, the Neutral domain included. It has no Mythics at all. Packs are sold through the same store platform players already use, though opening a pack for the first time needs a one-time wallet approval. If an opening gets interrupted, the pack isn’t lost and can be opened later.

Incentives and variants

This release puts a packable Legendary Promo into the general pack pool for the first time. It also adds twelve one-of-one alternate-art versions of existing Legendary cards. Nine of them come from purchasable packs, and the other three are earned through Battle Pass, Sealed, and Conquest rewards. Even though the packs are being sold, Gods Unchained says every variant will be obtainable eventually.

Reckoning isn’t the only thing starting on October 13. Battle Pass Season 19 begins the same day with Anubian-themed cosmetics and emotes, plus chances to earn $GODS tokens. Battle Packs of Meteorite quality or higher will drop Reckoning commons.

Sales and pricing details

Reckoning packs go on sale October 13 and stay available until November 10. A $1.99 Booster pack holds six cards. Most of them are commons, with a chance of rares or better. Premium packs cost $19.99 and guarantee at least one Epic and one Legendary. At the top end, Shiny packs cost $199.99 and Mega Shiny packs cost $249.99, and both give better odds of landing top-tier cards.

The nine pack-based variants are distributed differently in each tier. Other cards tied to rewards, such as The Thirsting Syphon, give players a variety of ways to engage.

Divine Tithings is also staying, so players can still get discounts by burning cards they already own. The Collector Pass costs 300 $GODS, and the Whale Pass adds more benefits for 750 $GODS.

Season 19 has 60 levels over 28 days, and players can earn XP daily.

“Pack-based variants can remain discoverable after the sale window ends,” a spokesperson noted.
