The Persona Live Tour 2026 wrapped up its Tokyo date with one final reveal, and it wasn’t another track. After the show, Atlus confirmed that Persona Super Live will return, which is news anyone hoping for word on Persona 6 should not ignore.
The concert series draws on the soundtracks of the Persona role-playing games and has been dormant since 2022. It is coming back unannounced after almost five years, and that makes it an obvious stage for Atlus to finally open up about Persona 6.
Three days in Yokohama
The news came from the official Atlus Game Music account on X. Persona Super Live 2027 is booked for Yokohama Buntai and will take place over three days, March 19-21.
At face value, it’s a large concert of music spanning the whole Persona franchise. That may not mean much to anyone who can’t make the trip to Yokohama. Earlier Super Live events, however, have doubled as venues for big game reveals, and fans are hoping this edition brings news on Persona 6.
Look at the calendar
The schedule supports that optimism. Persona 4 Revival, which remakes the 2008 original, is due out Feb. 18, 2027.
Atlus has signaled fairly openly that it intends to hold back most Persona 6 details until the Persona 4 remake has launched. With Super Live arriving a month after Revival, the event falls right around when Atlus would be expected to begin marketing the next mainline Persona entry.
One teaser and a lot of gravestones
Right now, fans have only a single teaser trailer for Persona 6 to go on. It established green as the game’s signature color and suggested a darker, more somber story.
For a brief moment, the teaser shows a field covered in gravestones. Then the shadow of a hand looms over one tomb that dwarfs all the rest. A burst of strange imagery follows, and the trailer ends abruptly.
It’s best not to overanalyze it, though. A teaser can always end up looking nothing like the finished game. (Think back to Persona 5’s reveal trailer.)
The release date clues
There’s no confirmed release date from Atlus yet, but a few hints exist. The first is simple: Persona 6 will arrive after Persona 4 Revival.
It’s also known that the game will be released physically on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Meanwhile, Sony has announced it plans to stop making physical discs for new games in January 2028. Taken together, those facts suggest Atlus will probably launch Persona 6 before 2027 is over.
That brings everything back to three nights in Yokohama next March. If Atlus is ready to show a second glimpse of that green graveyard, that’s the moment to expect it.
