Sequence, a blockchain infrastructure platform based in Canada, has recently announced the launch of its latest product, Embedded Wallets. These smart contract wallets are non-custodial and designed to transform how gamers access web3 games.
Embedded Wallets offer gamers a user-friendly and secure experience, allowing them to log in using their email or social media accounts, secure their accounts with 2FA, recover their accounts easily, and make purchases using debit or credit cards.
For developers, Embedded Wallets provide a streamlined and customizable onboarding process for games across any EVM network. Developers can also utilize guest accounts for demo play and take advantage of enterprise-grade security features. Supported platforms include Unity, Unreal Engine, and React Native, making integration seamless for game developers.
Offered as a “wallet-as-a-service,” developers are charged based on usage, with a strategic pricing model available for select partners who wish to access the full Sequence stack. This includes features such as marketplaces, NFT mining, analytics, gasless transactions, and more.
Sequence CEO Peter Kieltyka expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “We’re thrilled to introduce Sequence Embedded Wallets as the latest innovation in our web3 development stack to empower developers and enhance player experiences. Smart WaaS is a critical milestone in our journey to make web3 interactions intuitive, enjoyable, and accessible.”
With Embedded Wallets, Sequence aims to provide a comprehensive solution for game developers, offering secure, seamless, and privacy-compliant gaming experiences. Developers can learn more about Embedded Wallets and other wallet options on the Sequence website.
