A recent report from the Big Blockchain Game List revealed that the TON blockchain experienced a significant increase in the number of game titles during the third quarter of 2024.
TON blockchain (Telegram) is known for its success with games like Notcoin and Hamster Kombat. The latest report indicates a 320% growth, and the platform now boasts close to 400 titles.
The data also highlights the success of Sky Mavis’ Ronin blockchain, which has seen a 40% increase in game titles during the same period. This growth is attributed to adding eight new games, including the popular RPG life sim Tatsumeeko, which has migrated from Solana to Immutable.
While Immutable remains at the top with 174 titles to date, TON’s rapid growth clearly indicates the blockchain’s increasing popularity among game developers. The influx of new projects, such as Flappy Bird and Banana, has contributed to TON’s success in attracting diverse titles to its platform.
Moreover, the report highlights the growing trend of game developers launching companion apps with TON integration via Telegram. This strategy aims to drive user engagement and increase adoption of TON’s games, including those developed by GOAT Gaming, Gamee, Delabs, Mocaverse, and Animoca.
