Transak, a company that offers tools and services that simplify the inclusion of blockchain features in games, has announced a strategic partnership with Sequence to enhance Web3 payments and onboarding infrastructure for Transak’s gaming ecosystem.
By partnering with Transak, Sequence aims to leverage advanced infrastructure for in-game payments, including Fiat Onramp/Offramp, NFT Checkout, and multi-level KYC solutions.
As the exclusive on-ramp provider for the Sequence Kit, Transak’s system is now live. This integration allows users to purchase cryptocurrencies directly within the Sequence platform using over 20 local payment methods across more than 160 countries. Additionally, the Sequence Unity SDK now includes Transak’s on-ramp functionality, enabling games using Sequence to trigger on-ramp links that let players fund their Sequence Embedded Wallets with fiat currency. This feature will soon be available in the Sequence Unreal Engine SDK as well.
“Integrating Transak’s payments infrastructure with Sequence is a significant step towards making blockchain gaming more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. This partnership will enable us to offer a frictionless experience to our users, from the moment they leverage Sequence-powered solutions to their in-game transactions,” said Taylan Pince, Chief Technology Officer of Sequence
Harnessing those benefits, gamers can now focus on gameplay without worrying about the technicalities of cryptocurrency transactions. Transak’s robust infrastructure supports high transaction volumes, ensuring smooth performance even during peak times.
