Yield Guild Games (YGG) has partnered with The Keystone Foundation, the developer of the new web3 scaling technology Keystone Protocol, for YGG to acquire multiple Keystone nodes to enhance in-game events across its various partner games.
According to Gabby Dizon, incorporating these keystone nodes will equip the YGG community with the necessary tools to create, manage, and engage with innovative in-game events, shaping the future of web3 gaming.
The first game to implement the Keystone protocol will be the browser-based title “Imperial Expeditions,” created by the games startup Rough House Games. Additionally, Rough House Games’ flagship title “Champions Ascension” will also the protocol.
Keystone Protocol is tailored for marketing, monetization, and user acquisition, offering new ways to provide social rewards for web3 games and their communities like YGG. Gabby Dizon, co-founder of YGG and strategic advisor to The Keystone Foundation, will play a key role in guiding the integration of the protocol with ecosystem games.
