The oldest Web3 game MegaWorld that has already paid well over $4,500,000 to players launches a free-to-play “Express” mode, where players take the role of Couriers to earn by doing delivery orders in 3 bustling virtual cities.
In the original 100% on-chain autonomous city builder MegaWorld (formerly MegaCryptoPolis), players construct buildings that produce Resources necessary for other buildings to be constructed and operated. Every game item is player-owned and every action is a verified transaction, ensuring transparent and player-governed economics.
The new MegaWorld Express mode allows players to explore 3 cities running on Ethereum, TRON and BNB Chain getting paid by building owners for fulfilling deliveries in their buildings. Deliveries help buildings produce Resources that are then freely traded on the open market.
MegaWorld Express runs seamlessly in a browser on any desktop or laptop device, and doesn’t require heavy downloads or installations to play. Most importantly, the game does not require a digital wallet to start as new users are provided with a MegaWorld ID with built-in virtual wallet, where accumulated rewards and in-game assets can be freely transferred to L1 and L2 networks.
To get an early access to MegaWorld Express closed Alpha, either an Invitation or an Alpha Ticket is required. Alpha Tickets, included in Alpha Packs priced starting at 0.099 ETH, are available exclusively in the in-game Store. Each Alpha Pack comes with a unique Courier Avatar and a Car NFT, each Alpha Ticket includes 10 Invitations that can be shared with friends.
Additional 250’000 Invitations will be distributed via collaborations and marketing campaigns. More than 650 ‘000 players registered for the friendly Farsite space metaverse game already started receiving their first invitations.
