In Brief:
- Break!! is a multiplayer battle top game from Moku. Players put their tops together from Ring, Core and Tip parts, and every part has abilities of its own.
- According to Ronin, the game is “Coming end of 2026 or early 2027!” In a video Ronin shared, Moku co-founder and CEO Bruce explained the concept.
- Of the five games on Moku’s slate, Break!! is scheduled furthest out. The slate began with Nomgar Clash on Sept. 14.
Ronin says Moku’s upcoming multiplayer battle top game, Break!!, is targeting a launch at the end of 2026 or in early 2027.
The core loop is straightforward. Players build a top out of three kinds of parts, battle other players and work their way up a leaderboard.
So how does Break!! actually work?

Ronin described the game in its announcement post: “Break!! is a multiplayer battle top game where you mix and match Ring, Core, and Tip parts, each with its own abilities. Build your top. Battle players. Climb the leaderboard.”
How the game works
A top has three components: a Ring, a Core and a Tip. Because each part brings its own abilities, the strength of a build depends on how a player combines them.
In a video posted by Ronin, Moku co-founder and CEO Bruce set out the thinking behind the game. Ronin opened the clip with the question “So how does Break!! actually work?”
Moku and Ronin have not given a firm launch date. They also have not said whether the parts will be tradable assets or how leaderboard rewards will work.
The last of five
Break!! is the final game in the five-game slate Moku outlined on Sept. 4, in a thread summing up its most recent Mokiside Chat.
The first release was Nomgar Clash, which went live on Sept. 14. It’s a strategy game that runs in the browser. Players take an eight-card deck into each match and win by destroying the opponent’s Nexus.
Nomgar launched with a total leaderboard prize pool of 1.2 million bRON. The top 100 players split 200,000 bRON every week.
Grand Arena Season 2 is set for October. Super Battle Moki follows in November. It’s a casual autobattler where players field a lineup of Tamakins and try to hit 10 wins before they lose four lives.
Break!! comes after those three. Moku is also planning an action RPG for 2027.
Grand Arena and bRON
Grand Arena remains Moku’s flagship title. It has two parts: Moki Manager, where players train AI-driven Mokis that fight on their own, and Card League, where players collect Moki and Scheme Cards and join daily tournaments.
Grand Arena introduced bRON in April 2026. It is a bonded form of RON, pegged 1:1 to RON, that cannot be moved out of the ecosystem. Moku now pays prizes in bRON in its newer games too.
On Ronin Market, the Grand Arena Cards collection has 3.97 million RON in total volume, a supply of 957,913 cards and a floor price of 0.20 RON.
Background
Hantao and Bruce founded Moku in 2021 under the name Quest, after Hantao was introduced to Axie Infinity (official site). It began as a guild and later expanded into publishing and infrastructure, working with Pixels, Apeiron, CyberKongz, Kaidro and Ragmon Monster World.
In late 2024 the studio raised $5.35 million in a round led by Sky Mavis, a16z Games and a16z Games Speedrun. Arca, Framework Ventures and 32-Bit Ventures also invested.
At the center of the ecosystem is the Moki Genesis collection of 8,888 NFTs. Holders receive Moki Gang status, bonus points on Moku HQ and early access to playtests.
Bruce’s X bio calls him “ex-Bridgewater.” In a recent post he wrote, “Moku is at the forefront of AI in games across gameplay agents and development.”
