Origins Postseason 16 has kicked off, heralding a period of heightened competition among players, known as Lunacians, in the Axie Infinity universe. This season honors the skills and dedication of all players who advanced in the past weeks, culminating in the Elite 4 championship scheduled for March 22nd. Here, top contenders will vie for the prestigious season crown, signaling a pinnacle of competitive spirit.
Elite 4 Championship Details
The anticipation peaks at the Elite 4 championship where four elite players compete under stringent conditions. These contenders are required to form three distinct teams each consisting of three axies. The configuration rules mandate that no team can share more than nine out of eighteen axie parts with another team, and each axie may only serve on one team. After registration, swapping axies between teams is prohibited.
The battles will proceed in a double-elimination format, demanding a player to win one game with each team to clinch a match victory. Reusing a team within the same match is not allowed once it has achieved a game win, challenging players’ strategic flexibility.
The championship will be live-streamed, allowing a global audience to engage with high-level strategic gameplay, starting at 7 PM in the Philippines, and 6 AM Eastern Standard Time.

This season’s rewards pool is notably substantial, with over 10,000 AXS earmarked for distribution amongst participants, based on their collection of 15,838,917 tickets. Each collectible ticket is valued at approximately 0.63135629 mAXS.
