Token launch on Base
Cambria has picked Base for its upcoming RSGP token. Founder Ben.ZZZ shared the news in a post on X that pointed to a “Cleared for landing” update from Aerodrome, one of Base’s main liquidity providers. The post drew more than 32,000 views.
The announcement comes shortly after the minting of Cambria's Charter NFTs on Ethereum. The game used to run on Ronin and Abstract. Abstract is due to shut down on December 15, and the move to Base points to a change in direction for the project.
Launch speculation
No official launch date has been confirmed yet. Even so, talk in the community suggests RSGP could arrive on October 13 or 14. Presale tokens are expected to be fully available at launch, with no vesting period.
Odds on Polymarket currently put RSGP’s initial Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) somewhere between $20 and $30 million.
Charter NFTs sell out
The latest Charter NFT drop included 512 Viceroys and 3,584 standard Citizen Charters. The whole collection sold out on October 8. The sale sent about $570,000 to the in-game Crown Treasury, which acts as a running prize pool for NFT holders.
On the secondary market, Viceroys are trading at around 0.49 ETH. Citizen Charters have a floor price of 0.067 ETH, which is 12% above their original 0.06 ETH mint price.
