CARV Partners with Aethir to Decentralize Data Layer and Reward Distribution

CARV, a modular data layer for games and AI, has recently partnered with Aethir, a cloud computing infrastructure platform, to decentralize CARV’s data layer and enable mutual incentives between the communities of both platforms. This partnership will allow CARV to incorporate Aethir’s cloud technology, allowing 2.5 million users of CARV Play to stream and engage with games directly without requiring substantial computational resources.

Additionally, the collaboration aims to enhance the decentralization of CARV’s data layer by leveraging a variety of verification nodes and Aethir’s GPU to supply data sources and computational capacity for AI. This effort prioritizes the protection of privacy and AI model parameters. Furthermore, the partnership will involve the reciprocal exchange of community incentives between CARV and Aethir, with CARV users having the option to participate in the Aethir token allocation.

Aethir, as a cloud computing infrastructure platform, focuses on optimizing GPU usage for compute-intensive fields such as AI, ML, and cloud gaming. The strategic partnership between CARV and Aethir is set to propel next-gen gaming and AI innovation by enabling seamless game streaming, decentralized infrastructure for privacy-preserving computation, and reciprocal rewards across ecosystems.

CARV’s modular data layer, designed for gaming and AI applications, aims to transform the usage and sharing of data within these sectors. The protocol facilitates data exchange and value distribution, covering a wide range of data flow processes including verification, authentication, storage, processing, model training, and value distribution. With integration into nearly 40 blockchain ecosystems, CARV also offers CARV Play, its gaming platform and super-app.

In a recent development, CARV secured $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Tribe Capital and IOSG Ventures, with participation from Consensys, OKX Ventures, Fenbushi Capital, No Limit Holdings, and other investors. This funding will further support CARV’s mission to advance its modular data layer and continue innovating within the gaming and AI industries.
