FIFA Rivals (Android Link), a mobile football game developed by FIFA and Mythical Games, has announced a multi-year partnership with Borussia Dortmund. This collaboration marks the German Bundesliga club’s debut in the game and represents FIFA Rivals‘ first official club partnership.
FIFA Rivals is the second licensed sports game by Mythical Games, following the highly successful NFL Rivals.

Expanding Football Experiences
The agreement introduces exclusive Borussia Dortmund content to FIFA Rivals, offering new opportunities for fans to engage with their club in both digital and real-world settings. Throughout the 2025/26 season, players can expect special in-game features and fan events.
Highlights include:
- Dortmund Stars In-Game: Select first-team players such as Karim Adeyemi, Serhou Guirassy, Nico Schlotterbeck, Gregor Kobel, Jobe Bellingham, Yan Couto, and Daniel Svensson will be available as playable characters.
- Official Collectibles: Borussia Dortmund kits and other digital items will be available for fans to collect.
- Fan Rewards: Giveaways and challenges will feature BVB collectibles, matchday tickets, and physical merchandise.
- Real-Life Activations: Events and fan experiences, including activities at BVB’s FanWelt.
Special Launch Giveaway
To celebrate the announcement, FIFA Rivals is running a BVB Launch Giveaway Week from August 18 to August 24. Players can log in daily to claim a free Borussia Dortmund player card pack featuring select first-team stars, as well as a new official BVB emblem. Limited-time exclusive emblems with stat boosts will also be available in the in-game store.
FIFA Rivals is the first mobile football game to integrate digital ownership and player-driven economies, offering fans next-generation interactive experiences. The game is available now on the App Store and Google Play.
