Mythical Games has announced that its new mobile football game, FIFA Rivals, will launch worldwide on June 12 for iOS and Android, with adidas to introduce exclusive branded content, including digital kits, shoes, and other football gear.
The collaboration brings adidas into the gameplay with unlockable digital jerseys, boots, and special edition items inspired by the brand’s long-standing legacy in football. Players will also gain access to a virtual adidas Training Facility, where they can complete challenges, earn rewards, and level up their player cards. Limited-time in-game events tied to adidas will keep the experience fresh and rewarding.
John Linden, CEO of Mythical Games, emphasized the cultural relevance of the deal: “Bringing adidas into this world gives players a deeper connection to one of the most iconic brands in football. It sets a new bar for how real-life brands can integrate with digital experiences.”

Unlike traditional football simulations, FIFA Rivals focuses on fast, arcade-style matches and real-time player-vs-player battles. Players can build teams using real-world clubs and stars, while the game’s design allows for quick matches and strategic decisions.
The game also introduces a unique collectible system. Through the Mythical Marketplace, users can own, trade, or sell their player cards and adidas items. This gives players full control of their digital assets, combining the excitement of gaming with blockchain-backed ownership.
