Two legendary fashion powerhouses, Gucci and Vans, have partnered to develop a unique metaverse experience on Roblox centered around Gucci Town and Vans World. Players can journey between these virtual locations to uncover exclusive digital items and gaming content, highlighting the growing fusion of fashion and the metaverse.
Structured as a scavenger hunt, players will move from Gucci Town to Vans World via shoe boxes, searching for swatches. Upon collecting all the pieces, players will be rewarded with either a pair of shoes or a skateboard-inspired backpack, which can be worn by their Roblox character at no cost.
The virtual environments embody the spirit of each brand, showcasing Gucci’s distinctive imagery and graphics and Vans’ signature footwear and materials, including the iconic checkerboard pattern.
The Roblox collaboration between Gucci and Vans follows their recent real-life sneaker partnership, Gucci Continuum x Vans, launched on Gucci Vault. Gucci Vault represents the brand’s experimental division, highlighting vintage and Web3 projects. The digital footwear available on Roblox reflects the design of the physical Gucci Continuum release. Additionally, Roblox players can join the Gucci Town and Vans World scavenger hunt, running until May 13.
