MetaGods is an upcoming play-to-earn MMO role-playing game where players can earn epic NFT loot by exploring dungeons and slaying mythical monsters.
MetaGods much-anticipated alpha test is finally live! MetaGods would like to invite the community members to test their upcoming MMORPG and provide them valuable feedback so they can enhance the experience in the final release.
Play MetaGods Alpha Test
You can try out the alpha test gameplay by heading to MetaGods Website, providing your email address, and connecting your wallet. Although the gameplay is limited in the alpha test version, you can still get a glimpse of what the final product will look like.
- Go to MetaGods.gg and click “Play Alpha.”
- Enter your email address and click “Play Now.”
- It’ll ask you to connect your wallet. Click “Connect Wallet”
- MetaMask extension will pop up – connect your wallet.
- The game will open and explore the universe
MetaGods Alpha Test Gameplay
As you go through the above-mentioned process, the game will start, and you will enter the town of Ambrosia. As the players are in the game’s lobby, they can play as any Dungeon to play the game.
You will see that the gameplay is from a top-down perspective and features small characters. You have to defend yourself from small monster-like creatures that attack you. In the end, you’ll have to face Medusa – the final boss.
In the town of Ambrosia, you will find a Bank, Altar, Clan Hall, Portal, Blacksmith, and Tavern. Although these features are not live yet, you might see some details about them.
Blacksmith: Soon, players will be able to make weapons, armor, and other goods thanks to a blacksmith function. The game allows you to visit it, but the features are not yet available.
Tavern Shop: You can spend $RELIC to repair NFTs at the Lodge.
Bank: The bank allows the players to swap and exchange tokens – RELIC to MGOD and/or vice versa.
Altar: A greater rarity character can be created by fusing two characters of lower rarity using the Fusion feature.
Clan Hall: You can join strong guilds in the Clan Hall and work with other players to obtain content and tasks that are exclusively available to guild members.
Fishing Docks: These help produce food resources. There is a function that enables you to construct fishing docks near the water.
