Ragnarok Landverse America Launches Seasonal Tournament Server, Event Open Until Nov. 4

Ragnarok Online Landverse America has launched its Seasonal Tournament Server. The event opened on Oct. 5 at 07:00 GMT-3 and closes ahead of scheduled maintenance on Nov. 4 at 07:00 GMT-3.

When the server came online, the Ragnarok Online Landverse: America account posted a reminder on X: “Please make sure that your game client has been fully updated to the latest version before selecting the Server.”

Separate accounts required

Existing characters can’t be used in the tournament. Instead, participants register a new Landverse Tournament America account on the registration page and link it to their main Muka server account. That linked account is where rewards are sent.

There are 17 classes to choose from: Lord Knight, Paladin, Sniper, Clown, Gypsy, High Priest, Champion, High Wizard, Professor, Assassin Cross, Stalker, Whitesmith, Creator, Gunslinger, Star Gladiator, Soul Linker and Ninja.

Six skills are turned off for the event: Back Slide, Ice Wall, Warp Portal, Arrow Crafting, Battle Chant and Hermode’s Rod.

How matches work

Each match runs for a maximum of 10 minutes. Destroying the enemy Yggdrasil Core ends the match immediately in that team’s favor. However, the Core is protected at first. Teams must take down the opposing Root before they can attack the Core.

When neither Core is destroyed, victory goes to the team with the highest combined score. Teams score points through eliminations, destroying the Root, gathering Ancient Runes and defeating Zyrron.

Landverse Emblems are awarded after every match: two for the winners and one for the losers. Emblems are handed in to the Landverse Meow NPC, with each one worth a single contribution point.

Ranking rewards

Ranked rewards go to the 10 players holding the most contribution points. If players are tied, the one who submitted emblems first gets the higher spot.

Each player in first, second and third place receives a Rare-Epic Emblem Bag, 50 Nova Keys, three SSR Treasure Expansion Boxes (Selection), a Character Slot Expansion Coupon and 500 Adamantine Blessing.

Players placing fourth through 10th receive a Rare Emblem Bag, 20 Nova Keys, three SSR Treasure Expansion Boxes (Random), a Character Slot Expansion Coupon and 250 Adamantine Blessing.

No distribution date for the ranked rewards was given in the announcement.

Contribution milestones

Players who don’t reach the top 10 can still collect set rewards across five contribution tiers.

Turning in five emblems unlocks event potions, scrolls and 10 Adamantine Blessing. The 10-emblem tier awards Medium and Mysterious Life Potions, HE manuals and 20 Adamantine Blessing.

At 25 emblems, rewards include one Nova Key, seven-day Fly Wings, a Blessing Ore Mirror and 30 Adamantine Blessing. The 50-emblem package includes a Pet Scroll, two Nova Keys, a Gym Pass, a Character Surpassing Ticket and 50 Adamantine Blessing.

The highest tier, at 100 emblems, awards two Rare Lucky Pet Scrolls (25%), five Nova Keys, a Character Slot Coupon, a Hi-Classes Surpassing Ticket and 100 Adamantine Blessing.

Background

Gravity owns the Ragnarok Online IP, and Maxion Tech publishes and runs the Americas server under a license from the company. A closed beta took place in November, and the North and Latin American servers launched in December.

The Nova Keys offered as tournament rewards are linked to the NOVA Key Mechanic, which the team introduced when the America server launched. Maxion also lifted some trading restrictions on items and equipment at that point.

This isn’t the first competitive event in the region. In March, the America server kicked off the Ragnarok Pro Circuit 2026, its first competitive season for guilds. Under that system, guilds collect circuit points in War of Emperium Minor Events. The leading guilds then advance to Major tournaments with Round Robin and Double Elimination stages, which lead to the global Ragnarok Landverse (official site) Championship.

The circuit’s first War of Emperium was held on Feb. 8 across five castles in Aldebaran. Carrocinha, Vortex, CarameloZ, Neshastore02 and Neshastore each claimed one castle.

The total prize pool for the 2025 global championship was more than 20 million THB. The winning guild’s name was permanently engraved in the game, and a commemorative statue was erected in Prontera.
