In Brief:
- World of ClaudeCraft has appeared on Steam, where its store page is still pending final sign-off.
- The compact MMO delivers old-school gameplay, packing in nine classes, dungeons, and a ranked arena.
- Its economy runs on two tracks, layering in optional web3 elements such as the WOC community token.
Game goes live on Steam
World of ClaudeCraft now has a Steam page online while it waits for the platform to approve its listing. Built by Levy Street Games, the title sits in the free-to-play bracket and nudges players to drop it on their wishlists.
Classic gameplay mechanics
Design-wise, the game embraces the conventions of the genre, offering nine classes built around time-tested mechanics. Advancement runs from level 1 through 20, with players picking up spells and abilities such as Early Grave and Skyfall along the way. Its handcrafted map spans three separate zones, and characters persist on an authoritative server so progress carries over without interruption.
Players begin in Eastbrook Vale before moving through a range of settings, Mirefen Marsh among them, with further content waiting inside elite dungeons and a ranked PvP arena.
Journey from concept to Steam
First created in mid-June 2026 through AI coding, World of ClaudeCraft was quick to gain traction across the web. It racked up thousands of upvotes on Reddit and passed a thousand GitHub stars, which sparked hands-on collaboration from the community. Lead developer Reuben Horne pointed out that AI-generated games tend to stall once they ship, yet this one keeps growing thanks to the players rallying around it.
WOC token and Claudium explained
Baked into the game is a community token named WOC, issued on Solana, but connecting a wallet stays optional. Nothing stops players from jumping in without hooking up a crypto wallet. Claudium, the game’s own currency, covers cosmetic buys and leaves gameplay stats untouched. Those cosmetics are stocked in the WOC Store, where several payment methods are accepted.
On top of that, verified token holders get access to a Daily Rewards system, earning points and vying for a prize pool handed out each day.
AI training ground
What sets World of ClaudeCraft apart is that it doubles as a reinforcement-learning environment. A headless mode paired with documented protocols makes it a fit for AI training, offering configurable actions, captured engagement data, and a deterministic setup ideal for running simulations.
Current status
With the Steam page up and wishlisting enabled, Levy Street Games is holding out for the final approval needed for a wider launch. In the meantime, the developers say the game stays free and open-source, and anyone can dive in straight from a browser.
