Game payment company Xsolla recently partnered with web3 game developer iBLOXX. The collaboration aims to bring iBLOXX’s PC/mobile third-person shooter game, StrayShot, to the market.
The game features multiplayer team and solo modes where players become bounty hunters in survival battles and tournaments to earn rewards.
Notably, the game incorporates web3 elements such as NFTs and virtual currencies, all supported by Xsolla’s payments and monetization infrastructure.
Earlier in 2023, iBLOXX secured $5 million in funding for StrayShot from tech investors including PrimeXM, CryptoOasis, Ghaf Capital, and others. The partnership was initiated at the Pocket Gamer Connects Dubai event in April 2024, showcasing a commitment to promoting long-term growth within the MENA region’s expanding games market.
Xsolla’s expertise in payments, monetization, and marketing will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and expansion of StrayShot in the MENA gaming landscape.
