In Brief:
- Nakamoto Games NAKA $0.1296 ▲ +59.5% (official site) has unveiled Zombie Raze, a zombie survival shooter that players can launch in a browser with no download required.
- The studio presented the title as its next release after Dawn of the Damned, the desktop action shooter whose 2.0 version arrived in December 2024.
- No release date or reward details came with the announcement.
Zombie Raze, a browser-based zombie survival shooter, is the newest game from Nakamoto Games, and the studio is billing it as the successor to Dawn of the Damned.
In a post on X, the studio wrote: “Introducing ZOMBIE RAZE, a zombie survival shooter that runs right in your browser. No download, no long tutorial. Just click and fight.”
Real NAKAFAM would know what a huge hit Dawn of the Damned has been. We can't thank you enough but we'll try with the next outbreak!

The browser format sets it apart from Dawn of the Damned, which Nakamoto Games launched as a desktop game.
The studio started its post by pointing back to that earlier shooter: “Real NAKAFAM would know what a huge hit Dawn of the Damned has been. We can’t thank you enough but we’ll try with the next outbreak!”
The post didn’t share player numbers for Dawn of the Damned, and it didn’t say when Zombie Raze will launch.
What’s known so far
Nakamoto Games hasn’t explained how NAKA will tie into Zombie Raze. The announcement also didn’t cover reward structures or game modes.
Zombie Raze already has a listing in the play-to-earn section of the Nakamoto Games platform. The listing shows ticket entry tiers of $1 and $5, but it doesn’t describe the gameplay.
The platform’s other sections, alongside play-to-earn, are free-to-play, free-to-earn, story mode and tournaments.
Dawn of the Damned’s run
Dawn of the Damned was first announced around March 2024, together with GalacticGrail and DUO.
Version 2.0 of Dawn of the Damned went live on Dec. 20, 2024. The studio described it as “a desktop #AAA action shooter game that sets a new benchmark for gaming on $NAKA.” A $1,000 prize pool, split among 10 participants, marked the launch.
The game kept getting updates in 2025. In April, a prototype of a new map arrived with a reworked revive system. Revive timers now depend on class, players can revive themselves under certain conditions, and teammates can revive one another.
In June 2025, the studio said matchmaking would arrive at the end of the month.
Background
December 2024 was a busy month for Nakamoto Games, and the Dawn of the Damned 2.0 release was only part of it. That month the studio also launched the NAKA mobile app on iOS and Android, along with Monsterville, a tap-to-earn game on TON.
Around the same time, the studio said its catalog had passed 250 games in 2024, covering browser, desktop, Telegram and mobile. It had only a few games when it started in 2021.
Dawn of the Damned isn’t the studio’s only earlier zombie title. Zombie Crash came to the NAKA mobile app before Zombie Raze, and Nakamoto Games promoted it as “another hyper-casual thrill ride on the $NAKA Mobile App.”
