In Brief:
- An idle dungeon crawler RPG, The Daily Delvers, has been released by Gala on Google Play and as an instant-play browser title.
- No download is needed for the web build, and rather than pointing at direct store URLs, Gala sent both platforms through links.gala.com redirects.
- The launch comes as Gala shifts its game hub from games.gala.com over to connect.gala.com and leans into browser-first titles built for short sessions.
Gala has put The Daily Delvers live on Google Play and in the browser, dropping an idle dungeon crawler into a catalog that has steadily been filling up with short-session web titles.
“Our idle dungeon crawler RPG, is officially live! You can grab it on Google Play or play instantly in your browser,” Gala said in a post from its @GoGalaGames account. “No download required.”

On its own catalog page, Gala calls the title “a relaxing idle dungeon crawler where your hero does the fighting.” Fighting resolves automatically. Progression is left to the player.
Neither the download nor the play link in the announcement goes straight to a Play Store or web URL — both route through links.gala.com redirects.
Where it sits in the catalog
The games.gala.com lineup The Daily Delvers is joining tilts heavily toward instant-play formats. There’s Decant, a daily water-sort puzzle that gets new boards on a regular basis, and Switches, a daily cascade puzzle. G Wordy takes crypto terminology as the basis for a word-chain puzzle, and includes a single-player mode that spans Gala worlds such as Town Star.
Larger productions haven’t disappeared from the roster. Mirandus: Eternal Night is a persistent 2D isometric, hex-based exploration RPG, while Crimson Mandate is a free-to-play MMO space strategy game set in a persistent universe. Still in preview is City Under Siege 2, a third-person shooter tower defense game.
A tab isn’t enough for everything on offer. Punk, Bullets and Junk, a mission-based top-down action-roguelite, comes with a download link, and Spider Tanks continues to need the Gala Launcher on Mac or PC.
The browser push
Gala additionally operates Playworks, an AI game-maker portal where users can create, publish and play browser games. Among its features are verified leaderboards with optional reward controls, daily leaderboards that reset at midnight, and terms shown to players before they compete in reward-enabled games. The lineup grows weekly, and competing for rewards requires connecting a wallet.
Consolidation around one domain has been underway at the company. The transition from games.gala.com to connect.gala.com puts titles into maintenance mode temporarily before they turn up on the new hub. Gala has positioned the shift around GalaChain, its DeFi ecosystem, the DEX, the launchpad and AI-accelerated development.
Uptime has suffered for some games during that migration. Legends & Dragons — a match-3 RPG from developer Mahoodles LLC that mixes empire building, hero summoning, dragon interactions and PvP arena battles — came back on iOS and Android April 14 following a stretch of inactivity. The game, previously called Legends Reborn, has racked up more than 500,000 downloads on Google Play. No explanation of the downtime or breakdown of post-relaunch changes has come from Gala.
Background
Blockchain Gaming World puts the number of live games supported by GalaChain, Gala’s Layer-1, at more than 40. Gaming, music and film activity are tied to the GALA token through the Connect.Gala platform.
There is no fixed maximum supply for GALA. Each July 21 brings a yearly halving that trims the daily release of new tokens, leaving 2026 supply growth slower than in prior years. Fresh GALA reaches circulation mainly as a reward for running Founder’s Nodes, handed out daily via a point system keyed to uptime, with a phased change starting June 16, 2025 that ties rewards to node holdings and, later, locked stake.
On the marketplace front, Gala has built Mercantorium on GalaChain to handle peer-to-peer trading of game items and NFTs. GalaChain announced a partnership in March with GeckoTerminal, the DEX tracker and charting tool developed by CoinGecko.
Whether The Daily Delvers comes with any token rewards is something Gala hasn’t addressed. The catalog entry shows a “Play Now” button and no download link.
