  • Season 4 as a whole carries more than 48,881,000 $COCK in payouts, almost five times the 10 million $COCK handed out during the game’s debut season.
  • Each arc begins with a fresh ladder, and with High Noon’s launch every player’s rating returns to 1200.

The second of Season 4’s three arcs, High Noon, has arrived in Chicken Saga. Over the coming two weeks, 7,875,000 $COCK will be divided among the 100 highest-placed players on the ladder.

In a Sept. 26 post on X, the team declared “ARC 2 – HIGH NOON IS LIVE.” It added that the season’s combined payout has reached “48,881,000+ $COCK.”

Player activity keeps pushing that figure higher. According to the post, “The pool grows every time you craft, breed, and adventure.”

A clean slate on the ladder

Season 4 is split into three arcs, First Light, High Noon and Last Stand, which lead into a single Grand Final. Because the ladder is cleared ahead of every arc, nothing earned in First Light counts toward High Noon.

The official site sums up the arc format simply: “Everyone starts at 1200,” meaning no one begins with a head start.

End dates for the individual arcs have not been announced, and neither have the requirements for reaching the Grand Final. Apart from the two-week duration and the top-100 cutoff, the team also hasn’t explained how the 7,875,000 $COCK will be distributed.

Other features in the Season 4 update

Alongside the new season came an offchain wagering system, allowing players to place bets on chicken battles, as well as structured tournaments built around brackets.

There were minor additions too. Among the quality-of-life updates, the team highlighted a new affection pellet and adjustments to breeding.

Since crafting, breeding and adventure mode all contribute to the season pool, the same activities players spend $COCK on are the ones that grow the prize total.

The role of $COCK in the game

Chicken Saga is an auto battler with a digital cockfighting setting, in which players collect, train and battle chickens that vary by traits, stats and rarity.

There are three kinds of chickens: Genesis, Legacy and Ordinary. Genesis chickens are immortal, while Legacy and Ordinary chickens can be lost for good under certain conditions.

$COCK is earned through battles, breeding, crafting and seasonal events. Players then use it for breeding, crafting Battle Items, opening gacha boxes, purchasing cosmetics and naming their chickens.

Each season outgrows the last

Season Liwayway, the game’s first season, took place from Nov. 24 to Dec. 8, 2025. Players who satisfied certain PvP battle criteria competed for a portion of 10 million $COCK.

The 7,875,000 $COCK on offer in High Noon alone comes close to matching that entire opening season. The team closed its post with two links, one pointing to the game client at app.chickensaga.com and the other to the Season 4 blog post.
