In Brief:
- Farming Season (@farmingseasonio) plans to share its token contract address on Oct. 19 at 16:00 UTC, with Season 1 of the game starting at 16:30 UTC.
- The team says the address will be posted only on its own X account, and players should disregard any other address they come across.
- The project bills itself as the first RWA-powered farming game on Robinhood Chain. A Farm Bank inside the game buys gold, silver and oil from players at live Chainlink prices.
Farming Season’s token contract address is due at 16:00 UTC on Oct. 19. Half an hour later, at 16:30 UTC, the game goes live.
The timing came from an X post by @farmingseasonio that began with “Season 1 opens tomorrow.” The same post warned players about where the address would be shared.

“The CA will only be posted here, by @farmingseasonio. Ignore any other “CA” you see,” the team wrote.
The post also sends players to farmingseason.io, the official site. Ahead of launch, the contract address in the project’s X bio read “Soon,” which meant no token had been deployed yet.
How the game plays
Resources in Farming Season are pegged to real-world prices. The project’s waitlist page says players can mine gold and silver valued by real markets and pump oil that follows real crude. Crops, animals and battles are part of the game too.
Players sell through what the team calls the Farm Bank. Per the project’s X account, a player’s mine digs up gold and silver, an oil well pumps barrels, and the Farm Bank pays for them at live Chainlink prices. When to sell is up to the player, the team said.
Planting, raising and battling with a clan also appear in the X bio.
The project hasn’t disclosed which Chainlink feeds it relies on. No outside audit of its contracts turned up before launch.
The run-up to launch
@nuhbatuhann is named as the developer on the project’s X profile. The account went live in October 2026, and its pinned announcement went up on Oct. 14.
Ahead of Season 1, the team ran a waitlist at farmingseason.io/waitlist and a creator campaign at the same time. Creators who posted about the game had a shot at a free mint allowlist spot, with 100 guaranteed (GTD) spots and 200 first-come, first-served (FCFS) spots on offer.
No token ticker or supply figures have been published, and the project hasn’t explained how the token ties into the Farm Bank. The team shared no more detail on the mint before launch.
About Robinhood Chain
Robinhood Chain is Robinhood’s Ethereum layer-2, built on Arbitrum technology. Its public testnet opened on Feb. 10, 2026, and mainnet followed on July 1, 2026. Chainlink was among the integrations at mainnet launch.
Robinhood built the chain for tokenized real-world assets, and Farming Season’s pitch draws on that idea: commodity prices, an onchain oracle and a game loop built around both.
Robinhood’s gas subsidy, which ran for 90 days after mainnet, ended on Sept. 29. As of late September, the chain had no token or airdrop of its own.
There’s no official Robinhood gaming program for the chain. Several farming-themed projects with similar names already operate there, including Yield Farm and Farmers Market. Farming Season’s post told players that @farmingseasonio is the only safe source for its contract address.
